I was dissapointed by the lack of Borderlands...
Not really haha, It was a good song.
It had a really nice rise-up around 1 minute in, then the drop sounded great. Almost reggae for a second. Keep it up.

It sounds like something that would be in a newer futuristic RPG. It's great, I really love the piano through out it. The electronic sounds make a nice contrast aswell.

"I don't know how to do dubstep good"
You and me both, brother.
I just recently released my attempt at dubstep, or atleast wobble bass. I don't think it was nearly as good as this was. I've personally never really cared for chillstep, but I really like this one. Keep it up!

Thanks, I'll check yours out!

I went ahead and left a message on Jon's youtube page, letting him know this is up. I don't know if he'll see it (or if you or anyone else has gotten ahold of him about it already), but I remember him mentioning that he had lost the original source of the song.

We have found each other now, just so you know! :) We are planning to go see each other sometime in the future for more music making! :) <3 Thank you for your support mate! =) <3

Well the sound it's self wasn't very good quality, and it was really slow to start up, never really getting a melody at all. I understand that it was limited, but there's really no way to make a good original song through web browser... games.. like that. I suggest using something like FL studio instead if you are serious about making music. I cannot for the life of me give a good score for this unfortunately.

The sounds of the furture getting down and freaky ;D. Nice one, and good job!

Cuzone responds:

Thank you very much!

Strangely enough it sounds like something that would be in a phantasy star game, if it was redone to be more like Final Fantasy. Sounds great!

ddoodm responds:

Haha, fair enough! :) I've never played the series myself, but after a few YouTube videos, it sounds like you're probably right. Thanks again, you're too kind!

One of the many perks of using FL studio is you can tell when someone uses a basic drum loop in their song. That being said, that's my only beef with this song. That beginnning drum loop. The thing is, I've used it in many of my shitty songs, but I've never made it fit quite so well. I love how well it loops together, and I love how it sounds all in all. Great job!

ddoodm responds:

Thanks again for your help! Your reviews are truly the most helpful I've ever seen on this site. I'll certainly agree with you on your drum loop hint. FL Studio does always seem to make itself very apparent most of the times I use it, and it's probably because of my drums. :P Great tip, you're a legend.

I make music. I use Fruity loops. What the fuck else do you want!? (My soundcloud page: soundcloud.com/shadrakor)
