It's... just the Lavender Town theme?
... Dude...
You may want to.. you know.. credit the creators of Pokemon?
Especially if you plan on using this for monetary reasons. Either way, give credit where it is due.
I can't give you a good score for this.
You didn't actually... DO anything.
I mean, unless you recreated the song or something, and even then, all you did was recreate it.
Not cool of you to pretty much claim it for yourself, though.
Like I said, next time, credit the actual creators of the song,

I was dissapointed by the lack of Borderlands...
Not really haha, It was a good song.
It had a really nice rise-up around 1 minute in, then the drop sounded great. Almost reggae for a second. Keep it up.

It sounds like something that would be in a newer futuristic RPG. It's great, I really love the piano through out it. The electronic sounds make a nice contrast aswell.

Big Boom Big Boom

Strangely enough, the beginning part with the ambiance reminded me of the Hades area in Kingdom Hearts 2. I don't like those high-pitch voices that people always put in their songs, but that's really a personal dislike. I would recommend trying some other voices, like maybe getting a friend to sing it for you, but then again, it fits very well with the song despite my dislike of it. Everything else about this song was perfect.

"I don't know how to do dubstep good"
You and me both, brother.
I just recently released my attempt at dubstep, or atleast wobble bass. I don't think it was nearly as good as this was. I've personally never really cared for chillstep, but I really like this one. Keep it up!

I went ahead and left a message on Jon's youtube page, letting him know this is up. I don't know if he'll see it (or if you or anyone else has gotten ahold of him about it already), but I remember him mentioning that he had lost the original source of the song.

Well the sound it's self wasn't very good quality, and it was really slow to start up, never really getting a melody at all. I understand that it was limited, but there's really no way to make a good original song through web browser... games.. like that. I suggest using something like FL studio instead if you are serious about making music. I cannot for the life of me give a good score for this unfortunately.

Strangely enough it sounds like something that would be in a phantasy star game, if it was redone to be more like Final Fantasy. Sounds great!

Haha, fair enough! :) I've never played the series myself, but after a few YouTube videos, it sounds like you're probably right. Thanks again, you're too kind!

One of the many perks of using FL studio is you can tell when someone uses a basic drum loop in their song. That being said, that's my only beef with this song. That beginnning drum loop. The thing is, I've used it in many of my shitty songs, but I've never made it fit quite so well. I love how well it loops together, and I love how it sounds all in all. Great job!

Thanks again for your help! Your reviews are truly the most helpful I've ever seen on this site. I'll certainly agree with you on your drum loop hint. FL Studio does always seem to make itself very apparent most of the times I use it, and it's probably because of my drums. :P Great tip, you're a legend.
